Environmental Assessment
Public Exhibition
The Environmental Assessment was prepared for the scheme and submitted to the NSW Department of Planning for assessment. The environmental assessment was placed on public exhibition and the public and government agencies were invited to make submissions.
The Minister for Planning was satisfied that the potential environmental impacts of the scheme have been adequately addressed and determined that the project should proceed.
